Intelligent XML Importer


The XML Importer will import any XML file data into your Open-Realty® web site listing data. The imported data integrates seamlessly into the rest of your Open-Realty® listings.

XML Importer DOES NOT connect to a remote server. It will download a photo, if the FULL URL to the photo is contained in the XML File. If you need to pull images from a server, please contact us for a custom solution at info@openrealtyaddons.com.



Features
  1. Import any XML or RSS Feed, a config file allows you to control aspects of the Feed.
  2. Unlimited file setup, as long as the Open-Realty install is on the same server.
  3. Listings can be imported to any user, without effecting that users other listings
  4. All import setups are saved to be ran at a later time, to quickly update the XML file and imported listings.
  5. Can import photos from a Full URL located in the XML file. Thumbnails are generated automatically.
  6. Imported listing are updated if they have already been inserted. This allows you to maintain your listing ID, for better SEO.



Requirements
  • Unix/Apache (POSIX) based web hosting platform.
  • Open-Realty v2.X or greater.
  • PHP 5.0+ (with the following modules)
    • PHP GD
    • PHP CURL
    • PHP Exif
  • MySQL 4.0.2+
  • Ability to change your Apache Timeout Value


PRICING 
The XML Importer is setup individually, as a turnkey solution. We will install the addon, verify that the data is imported correctly by setting up the initial file. 


$395.00 - One Time Fee. Installed on a single domain. Includes 6 months of support and upgrades.

$50 - One time fee to setup Cron job. This is a server script that will run the importer at a specified time. Please verify that your server/host allows crons before purchasing.
