RETS Import Tool

With our RETS Import Tool, you can setup as many RETS Servers as you like (as long as the files are all imported to the same website), and the file structure is consistent. 


Our RETS Import tool has an extensive mapping system that allows you to match the MLS listing fields to your current Open-Realty® listing fields, for greater control over the information that is imported.

All images are imported to your website, so no broken images.

RETS Import Package

For all RETS Systems (even ones we have mapped), we require that we access the MLS System and verify that all data is compatible. As the MLS changes their systems, file structure and data structure sometimes change. They also have a tendency to change the guidelines for certain things also. Because of this, the price range of this package varies. Generally on systems we have already setup, it is the base price. This package includes 6 months of support and upgrades.

- Import listings onto any Open-Realty site, whether it has current listings or not. Our system only deals with listings imported through our system, so it does not interfere with other site listings.

- The importer will check for updated listings and photos, making for a much faster import.

- You can map or match imported listings to your site agents. This allows the listings imported to be associated with your agents online.

- Dynamically map fields from the RETS feed to your Open-Realty fields. This makes it easy to choose which RETS fields you want to show. You can even create Open-Realty fields on-the-fly through our system by simply checking a box.

- Filter incoming results to suit your needs. Import only the listings you want using our Search Parameters.
