Booking Agent 2.0

Product Information:

This add-on is for rental sites with a need to allow online booking of rental units. The visitors will see a tentative calendar with available dates and can click on a link or the available cell on the calendar to start the resevation process. All payments and admin functions are controlled by one account. PayPal IPN is the payment gateway used, so the user pays online and their reservation is instantly updated. Inludes a read me file for setup. Support can be purchased for an additional charge.

Features

PayPal payment can be turned off so the user can make reservations and pay through alternative method.
Agent can setup unavailable dates, useful for off-season or during renovations.
Agent can set seasonal rental rates on a per listing basis.

Featured Listing Slider

Product Information: Below you will find an example of a Featured Listing Slider display.

This display only uses 2 listings but you get the picture. The number of featured listings can be set within the addon header overriding the Number of Featured Listings in the admin or use what you have set there.

This add-on is used to display open houses for listings with multiple agents/users, so an agent with multiple listings has control over individual properties. There is no payment system for this add-on, as it is assumed that the user has already paid for membership/listing. Includes calendar page, that showcases listings with photos on selected days, listing of all open houses for homepage, and read me file for setup. Support can be purchased for an additional charge.

XML Data Feeds

Product Information:

Recently HereToHost, LLC and JNTWebDesigns, Inc. have joined forces and begun the merger of their XML Feeds for Open-Realty®.

These feeds are setup to use a templated system that allows you to customize your feed using standard Open-Realty® listing template tags. The Do-It-Yourself Package is for mid to advanced users who are experienced in using the Open-Realty® template tag system. Any time within 60 days of purchase, you may upgrade to the Installation Package for the difference of the price. Do not purchase this package if you are not experienced with the Open-Realty® template system as we do not offer refunds on this package. These Data Feeds have been mapped to Open-Realty® default listing fields using the template tags that come standard in Open-Realty®. If your OR database has had default fields changed or not used, you may need to map some of the XML template tags to match your listing fields, this is why you should be familiar with the Open-Realty® templating system.

Installation
We install, setup, and configure your Addon to work properly with OPEN REALTY® and make sure all data is properly exported to the Data Feed. If required, we will notify you of any field(s) you need to add to your database and you will be responsible for creating and populating the field(s) with the required data. We will identify any illegal characters being used in your data field(s) and you are responsible for removing the illegal characters from the data field(s) in the database, In most cases, we are able to install filters in the Addon to take out the illegal characters.

Listing Images 1.0

Product Information:

This displays your listing images in a scrolling thumbnail strip below the main image. The main image fades to the next when a thumbnail image is clicked.

Reminders

Product Information:

With this addon you can set reminders to be sent to agents/users according to the date last modified or the expiration date. Useful to remind users to update listings and keeping listings current.

Smoothies

Product Information: Below you will find an example of a Smoothies display.

Smoothies are created using the images uploaded for the normal listing. The addon takes the images to make a smooth motion video using the still images uploaded. The addon provides the ability to use background music (you upload mp3s to the mp3s folder within the addon).

You can set the popup window size and the display size of the smoothies within the addon and also set the playing of mp3 background music.

Upload the smoothies folder to your addons folder and add a simple tag to embed the smoothies in a llisting page or use to provide a popup window. Note: you would need to modify your popup.html to use the smoothies.

Remote RSS Display

Product Information: Below you will find an example of a Remote RSS Feed display. The idea here is to display RSS feeds from an existing Open-Realty® website onto a non-Open-Realty® website or even another Open-Realty® website id you so choose.

In this example I have the php script set to display the Last Modified Feed from an existing Open-Realty® website. You could choose to display the Featured Listing Feed also.

NOTE: This is not an addon but a script allowing you to connect to a remote Open-Realty® Feed and display within another website.

FLV Player Plus

Product Information: This addon will take advantage of the new upload files feature within Open-Realty® allowing you to upload a FLV then embed the FLV within your listing template.

Addon tag addon_flv_embed

The addon comes with a commercial license (please read the License agreement) allowing for use on your commercial website. The player will embed within the listing template where the tag addon_flv_embed is placed. The player also includes a fullscreen mode and has been tested with IE and FF.

Each addon will be licensed to the domain provided when ordering and is not available for immediate download.

PLEASE NOTE: This addons does not do conversions from other formats. It only displays a FLV in a FLV player if one is uploaded within the listing editor wiithin Open-Realty®'s files upload feature. Check back soon for our online converter tool, that will convert wmv and avi files to flv files.

Site Map with Pagination

Product Information:

This addon will allow you to display a sitemap file to all your listings. The addon allows you to set the number of columns and is tuned for SEO turned on in the admin. You can set the display to display the number of listings per page (Yes per page) by setting a global within the header of the addon.inc.php file.

Please note: this addon zip file is sitemap_paginate.zip. The addons name is sitemap so if you already have one you will need to remove it to use this one.

The addon has a feature to set the number of columns to display (default to 3). I've included the image (arrow.gif) and a sitemap.css to control the layout.

The addon includes an arrow.gif you could modify to suit your color preference.

If you want something like the Price to show along with the title (or instead of) you will find a line $Price = listing_pages::renderSingleListingItem($ID, "price", "value"); in the addon. All you would need to do is add $Price to the $display and it would be displayed. Or course you can simply copy that line to get the Beds or Baths or any other listing field.

Notice the FIRST PREV (Page 2 of 8) NEXT LAST, you can now set the number of listings to display to cause the addon to Paginate the pages for you. Remember Google does not like more than 100 links per page anyway.

Featured Listings on External Sites

Product Information: This is not an addon for Open-Realty® but a php script to allow you to display featured listings from your Open-Realty® website on an external website.

Place this code within your Open-Realty® website then a small php include on the website you want to display featured listings on. The php script supports both the vertical and horizontal listing templates in your template folder.

See it in action by selecting one of the listings above from a working website.

Note: This is not an addon.

Featured By Class

Product Information:
This addon will display the Class Name, thumbnail and a View all link in a table of a random Featured listing.

The Class Name in the 1st row, the thumbnail in the 2nd and then the View all in the last row of the table.

Using this addon you could display up to 7 different featured listings on your page, each one from a different class.

Mouse Over Image

Product Information: This addon will display a popup image of the listing when you mouse over the thumbnail image in your listing view.

Product Information: This addon will display additional information for the Other Listings for the Agent.

The addon is easily modified to display listing information, Currently set to display thumbnail, Title, Address, City, State, Zip, Beds, Baths, Floors and Price.

Featured Slideshow

Product Information: This addon will display the Featured Listings in a Slide Show using the Thumbnail image for each Featured Listing. Select image to preview listing.

Unpack it in your addons folder then add and your done.

Mini List Search

Product Information: The mini list search give a sleak formatted search results page with a scrollable bar that replaces the default search results.

NOTE: This is actally a template page, not an addon. This just means there is no php code and no database table used.
